See SFXE's 8-k today......

Looks like they dropped some of their festivals they only partially own..........

Something wicked appears to be one as well as it's not listed in their PR like it was in the August 2014 PR.

Nothing else is there for anything in Texas for the rest of 2015.

Appears NGHT might be deader than dead.....
