The number of shares anybody here has is irrelevant as its % of the company is less every day. What is relevant is just how many shares Brian plans on dumping on his investors in the next few weeks.

Its unlikely by incompetence or not that he will list all converting notes in any future filings so its impossible to quantify how many billions of shares he will dump on retail investors.
