We all know the filing is Aug 15th, correct? Would that tell us the financial state of LIBE at that time. Whether the conversion is complete. The more negative based on assumptions the less chance we draw me money to pay for the conversion correct? So if you have a decent stake in LIBE... It's rather foolish to bash Brian and LIBE and send new investors running, especially since we "are" in the dark, and YOU ALL have no idea what's really going on; good or bad!!! All your doing is scaring off everyone... If that's your intentions, then good job...
