Don't be fooled because nothing has changed. (Complete nonsense, a lot has changed)
Do you really want to invest in a company that:
A) Refuses to tell share holders what the OS and float are (shareholders who've done their DD know what this is and share it daily)
B) Has not filed a single quarterly report nor update in 5 years (shareholders know why and support MW)
C) Has not filed an annual report nor update in 5 years (same as B above)
D) Has not published one single audit in 6 years (same as B above)
E) Continuously tells investors there will not be any future filings either, as it considers them too expensive. lol (to be resolved when the court case is done)
F) a] Faces a lawsuit alleging RICO violations. (And yet ifus or MW has an atty to address but the boot brothers do!!!) b] Is faced with a lawsuit to collect a $250,000.00 Convertible Note, plus another $100,000.00+/- in unpaid interest. (See counter suit) c] That's in addition to at least $100,000.00 in judgment liens already on the books (nonsense, nothing there)
G) Is run by a CEO who neglects his duties so badly that the OTC itself has to warn investors about the company with a Big Red Stop Sign (the OTC is unreliable DD, see more than 2,500 lawsuits against them in the past 3 years)
H) Will not say one word about the number of sales (if any) or revenue (if any), but is delighted to hype the drought on its Facebook wall (he will address after the lawsuits are done)
I) Has not had a single insider purchase even one share in 6 years (that's a good thing!!!)
J) Does not allow retail shareholders any voting control at all, but is instead controlled by the holders of Series A preferred shares (shareholders find this common practice in business)
K) MW has 15-20 year history of managing failed penny stock scams ... including Reverse Splits and revocation. (Nonsense, no proof)
L) Has never offered proof of one single item they have claimed i=on their FarceBook page or in PRs.
