This clearly shows two things to me:

1. Klug knows how to create value in floundering companies. He knows his stuff. No one should dispute this.

2. He got screwed over at OMNI. There's much incentive to not serve another company with his talents. IMO Redhawk is Klug's chance to work on building his own thing with Schrieber.
