Lack of confidence. Admit it. You have doubts about whether or not Reduce It is going to pan out. And you probably wonder if Amarin didn't just cook up this scheme to suck in a lot of unsuspecting investors. I certainly do. But I also want to believe they are on to something. I don't know whether to blame the FDA for what they did to Amarin or to blame Amarin for deceiving the public. I am inclined to believe that, whether Vascepa is the real deal or not, the FDA's treatment has created an incredible cloud of doubt and it's just not going to be easy to convince investors otherwise. This cloud didn't exist (or at least not to the extent that it does today) when the company was pursuing Anchor.
