Fwiw, I believe there's a plan in the works that will satisfy most both SUTI & PRPM SH. If they can pull off any number of inventive ways to pull this together, this/these just might turn into one/two of the super play(s) of the year.
Will it happen? I have my doubts. But no more or less than any other PS, lotto play.
But remember this, if nothing else PRPM provides a wide open, hopefully now clean, shell for a good SUTI jv partner slide into.
Hmmmmm, many, many ways this can still go, good, bad or indifferent.:)
