Excellent find, Minotaur. It should also be noted that autopsies of healthy older people have revealed that many also have significant amyloid plaques BUT they had NO Alzheimer's symptoms.

Decades of wasted research, chasing the wrong target. Just imagine if no one had ever research the germ theory, because all they focused on what the "humors" that supposedly caused disease. That's where we are with Alzheimer's right now -- except for AVXL and, sadly, PRAN.
