Don't think I really have a purpose in this post, just want to ramble for a bit...

I'm sure that most of you will agree with me that it's such a great feeling having won these two lawsuits, if nothing else, it substantiated that we aren't some wacko investors making up conspiracy theories against the government - both federal judges agreed with us. And with the investor lawsuit, we are 3 for 3. When these 3 lawsuits began, anyone here would have been satisfied with winning 2, but 3 is just a wow. Great great great job, JT!

A billion dollar question (hopefully it's a multi billion dollar question) is what's next? I think everything boils down to how strong does the management feel about RI. I understand what JT keeps saying at CCs, but would he bet his life or his fortune on it?

If he (management team) feels that there is over 90% chance of tremendous success in RI, they need to focus on simply getting to it.

If he isn't as confident, if he believes it's pretty much a coin flip, what better opportunity to sell the company than now.
