CAPC's lack of liquidity is a real problem.

especially for large shareholder's like you,runningbull,Uranium,and (?) rvd

it has only traded 1m share's on 3 day's this year

would really need to average 500,000 to have some real liquidity,even that would still only be about 1/8th of 1 percent of the float,...i noticed that stocks like Apple,Google,Walmart,etc;trade an average of 1/4 to 3/4 of 1 percent of the float daily... at 100,000 share's a day,CAPC only trade's 1/45th of 1% by comparison (1% being 4.5m share's in the case of CAPC)

come to think of it,it probably keep's a lot of potential trader's away

one way that could improve that would be a nice reverse split,anywhere from 1:100 to 1:1000...almost sure you would see a good deal higher % of float trading

only potential problem i could see for them with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX?) would be the one regarding the board of directors,as you noted
