I'm afraid they are comfortable with that.

i'm thinking of asking them "Since May 1st CAPC has traded on the pinksheet's..are you comfortable with that?"


For one thing it keeps those awful SOX people from demanding that strict requirements of accountability be maintained and adhered to.

For another, they would have to change the make-up of that dysfunctional board to be able to advance in the listings.
