maybe it's that last one,Salve

the accumulation/distribution line is remarkable, and on my way to looking at it i noticed the I-Box still shows the O/S at 654,010,532

funny though, the very low average volume lends itself to the image of CAPC only being bought and never sold, hoarded by it's owner's..i mean with 721,989,957 OS minus inside ownership of 278,129,519,that give's us a float of 443,860,438

even if you could consider that the 68m owned by Involve and the 110m used by Howard to repay a loan haven't been trading, that still leave's 266m share's in the hand's of 100's of shareholder's,
...an average volume of 100,000 is only 1 out of every 2,660 share's, that's 1/266th of 1 percent...and that's of the lower 266m "free" floating share's

alway's has been a mystery of this stock that i haven't been able to deduce the answer to

i'm thinking of asking them "Since May 1st CAPC has traded on the pinksheet's..are you comfortable with that?"
