If people don't understand what is going on and why the delay...its because the slide failed and it is considered a failure and now Baltia is in the position of having to appeal the decision. They are blaming the slide packers, but if you read the 121 regs Baltia has the ultimate responsibility for the slide even though it was packed by an outside vendor...LT gave it away saying there is a letter from the slide packing company that they made a "mistake"...oooops...the appeal may work then again it may not...this attempt #7 and higher ups in the FAA may say nope there will be an #8...there is always more to the story...give the FAA a call for straight answer...GLTA IMHO
