Meow is thinking it does not work on Cats. Because even if Meow was told the short volume was 100%, or 0%, or anything between. Meow does not feel like buying shares at all. Maybe if they gave us the shares they said they would in February, Meow might have some. But the idea to use actual money to buy shares of NTGL does not make any sense to Meow. Sort of like how used kitty litter has no marketable value, hence it is not a good investment.
