The money from Louisiana to sell bonds' deadline was expanded just a few months ago, so I'm not sure Louisiana is dead. In order to put a rail spur intro the Taylor site, it will require purchasing private property, and the landowners have said they will not sell. North Florida has a huge quantity of mills....whether paper or lumber. There's not that much biosmass available to use. There is also not many places with stranded or flare off gases within a short distance. Now if you head south a few hours, that may not be the case....I am not familiar with central Florida. If they choose to use natural gas (which makes the process more dangerous to the neighborhood), it will require running natural gas from the city to the site...about 10 miles...which is possible.
