BioNitrogen Holdings Corp. (BIONQ)

I have already researched all 19 companies (many BioNitrogen companies, but not all) that the management is, or has been, involved in that I have found. The Texas, Louisiana, and Hardee county BioNitrogen companies are all still listed as active corporations (at least at the end of 2014). We know they no longer plan to build in Hardee County...the company has said so, yet the corporation is still active. I realize there may be reasons that corporation has not been deactivated. I still cannot find any information about Texas or Louisiana. I emailed a reporter and asked what the status was with the plants in Louisiana (I think it was Louisiana, it may have been Texas...I'd have to look back through my emails to be sure) and he said nothing had been done. I was just hoping you could give me some insight.
