I'll have to look into those publications. More reading material to keep me busy for the month!

Yes I was around when Texas was still being actively pursued, albeit from the sidelines as it took me nearly four months to buy my first shares of stock from the time I learned of BION in mid to late 2012. Regarding BIONs Lubbock location, they planned on buying a 49 acre parcel. Whether or not BION actually purchased the property remains a mystery as BION creates subsidiary companies at different locations. Same goes for the plant sites in Florida. Well eventually it came as no surprise that it was determined that Lubbock could not support BIONs biomass feedstock needs since at that time we were still in the midst of severe drought (I'm a Texas native). It was announced in the same press release that Texas was still on the table, and that BION would return to Texas if conditions became favorable and that operations had shifted to Florida.

As far as Louisiana is concerned, they've gone as far as being given permission to issue bonds should they continue to pursue those locations. Not sure if they actually purchased land there either, as those records might be buried in the records of their subsidiary companies, and not BioNitrogen Holdings, LLC.

I believe they decided on locations in Florida because of their favorable biomass availability and incentives provided by the different counties, cities, and organizations that catered to them, and in return BION would provide good paying jobs.

You might also try Google searches along the lines of "BioNitrogen Texas" to get a better starting point for those locations

Hope that helps.
