I looked into RD and the Cayman islands outfit a few years ago, and it was very clear, IMO, that he and the 2 Caymen entities are closely connected to and involved with Bill Wright and Tracy Bushnell, who have been behind a number of shady scams here in the US, which have been detailed on this board, e.g. CGrowth Capital (CGRA) and Valley high Mining (VHMC).

I would stay away from anything involving those folks.
