That's ridiculous. 3.5 billion shares being distributed would take wmih to sub-penny. I understand they initially issued 200 million out of bankruptcy. They have a deal with KKR for shares at $1.38. I do believe they will issue more shares at a set price, when they are ready to take this live, but 3.5 billion shares on a shell with 400 million market cap is hogwash. My honest opinion.
