Announcing buy backs does not tie the company to buy back any share. There are also rules like a percentage permitted daily or monthly, just to prevent abuses and manipulation...
Bounce here, is created by pump and bash. Just go over the posts and all the far-fetched spéculations...
As for the dividend, if ever it gets paid, it only affect those who had settled shares on the 30th of June. The concensus is that the dividend will not get paid. Proof: Share price dropped from pennies to .008 by end of June.
Sad to Watch all those caught in this scheme, great for day traders...
