now take that one step further...every $1 billion dollars is .25 per escrow share...$10 billion dollars is $2.50 "OR" 2.5 shares per escrow....now 2.5 shares for each escrow X say $3.00 = $7.50 per share or "1 TIMES VALUE" wamu was....hmmmm imho

we might see 2.5 shares per one escrow share....jmho

and all value goes back to WMI...

1.2 billion shares converted...and I believe there was almost 200 million shares else where...so 1.4 billion in escrows X 2.5 = 3.5 billion shares !!! Hmmmmm
