Why play someone at their normal, usual position. You know, the one they are good at? You can instead play them somewhere else-one where they are not practiced or familiar with. That gives the team a better chance to lose and another way to notch a player's confidence level downwards.

What I think of this management style is.........uh......uhm.....

OK-everyone knows that you like us to remain polite and civilized on the board. Everyone-just fill in that blank with the worst thing you can think of and then double it for me!!
