From a really basic standpoint, what's going to move SLNN is people buying on the ask price.
The last news we have has been an event held at Saleen over the weekend, and a settlement with FredVestor (the document was posted here yesterday or the day before if you want to read it). We had the 10K release before that, and I think there was an article earlier in that month about Steve Saleen increasing his stock holdings in the company. We'll get a quarterly financial report here before too long, and I hope we'll get some PR even sooner.
