Be interesting to see if it is brought up during the Q & A, since it really is THIRD QUARTER NEWS. However, it should be a MATERIAL EVENT, especially with the PAY INCREASE REQUEST.

Technically, the Company has until Friday to announce this matter.

I think you've made it known that Steipp's contract is up. We are all very aware this fact. Steipp also made it VERY clear that he is NOT going anywhere. He has a ship to command. I truly hope you don't really believe that he is doing a poor job as a CEO. Even though we argue I really do think you are a smart man and know better than that.
