The Consultant to this stock is Bruce Perlowin of HEMP.inc. They just completed a R/S 10 to 1, as a defensive move from keeping the stock from slipping into MICRO penny territory.

It would be reasonable to consider that DEWM may make the same move to defend the upcoming 000's, which is nearly impossible to come back from IMHO.

There is no GOOD reason why this company has been silent. There is no GOOD reason why financials have not been completed and released. There is no GOOD reason why distribution chain has not been announced. There is no GOOD reason why New Capital has not come into the company.

The only FACT we can rely on, is that Marco Moran is the Chairman of the MISSISSIPPI Trade Delegation. (IMHO)
