Ron sent me an email saying they will start cleaning up the share structure this week so that they qualify to up list. He says everything he is doing is to benefit the company and the shareholders, but then again, I heard the same story last year and the year before that. I'm with you enough is enough, the problem is, it is tough to get out at 3 cents. If i put 1M shares on the market at 3 cents it will become .000003 cents.
