Yes clk6212. You will need to re-calculate how many shares you originaly received (those formulas based on old WAMUQ, WAMKQ and WAMPQ) -- that will give you a total of your original WMIH shares you received.

Then multiply by 'zero point 7 percent' (or .007)

Aka:

Original WMIH holdings x .007 = estimated new WMIH shares to receive from the Disputed Equity reserves held-back. It works out to be about 7 shares per 1000 WMIH shares originally held.

(And, FYI -- no, this has nothing to do with PIERS, or the Tranche waterfall -- these were Equity shares in the new company -- held back, per POR #7, in case they were needed to settle other matters. )
