He seems to be attributing this to Collins.

If that statement is true, and Wave is planning not to hold a Q2 call (I assume they're still on the hook for a 10Q), then it appears they are getting ready to close up shop. Or, perhaps they are confident that they can sell the company, or have sold it already.
