I don't know that the FDA forced NRTI/TRTC to pull Nulief. I've just read that they have warned companies for various reasons.

From the limited amount I've seen, it appears that Inergetics may have had issues with their launch. We'll see if all the info behind that gets released eventually. That is partially why I'm waiting for the financials. I know many investors may neglect them, but Safe Harbor (forward-looking statements) in PRs and warnings in the financials should be paid attention to.

Safe Harbor Statement

This press release contains "forward-looking statements" within the meaning of Section 27A of the Securities Act of 1933 and Section 21E of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. All statements, other than statements of historical fact, including, without limitation, those with respect to the objectives, plans and strategies of Inergetics set forth herein and those preceded by or that include the words "believes," "expects," "given," "targets," "intends," "anticipates," "plans," "projects," "forecasts," or similar expressions, are "forward-looking statements." Although Inergetics' management believes that such forward-looking statements are reasonable, it cannot guarantee that such expectations are, or will be, correct. These forward-looking statements involve a number of risks and uncertainties, which could cause Inergetics' future results to differ materially from those anticipated. Inergetics assumes no obligation to update any of the information contained or referenced in this press release.

CN appears to be seeking insider info (at this current point in time), as he was granted access to the CEO in various conversations, however there will be limits esp when the company may have knowledge that some of the info disclosed may end up on a discussion board.

As a shareholder, all do need to have their questions eventually answered, but I don't know if that will happen as rapidly as all would like.

I've never been a fan of projections and price estimations for penny stocks. You are only setting yourself up for disappointment. I've seen professional analysts project a certain pharma stock to be priced between $1 and $2 upon certain positive data being released. It peaked at 98 cents on good news and has been below 80 cents ever since. I've seen missed projections first hand with a company I used to work for. They made projections on the revenue they would see this year. They have faced some significant headwinds already this year, and now are poised to miss their own projections badly.

Always beware of becoming emotionally invested in a stock. Emotions cloud judgement.

Time will tell with NRTI.

My posts are solely my opinion unless presented with (or directed to) factual information. All investors are strongly encouraged by myself to do their own due diligence before making an investment decision.
