For the record , I am long NRTI and losing a ton of money in the stock. That being said , I think that Crookedneck has crossed the line with his relentless attack on Inergetics CEO, and Pesident. Calling them Criiminals as he did yesterday was way over the line and in my opinion slanderous.
I see no Fraud here for the FDA made it clear that NULIEF could not be sold anywhere in USA by calling it a Dietary Suppliment. If the FDA changed their view in the future; I think NULIEF could become a revenue stream for the Company but for now I think it would be best to hold back trying to market it. The FDA killed their launch of the product.
Crookedneck has been one of the loudest voices over the past 2 years praising Michael James and making what I call ridiculous revenue predictions pumping the stock and now is crying about what has transpired.
