Not that it matters all that much but I looked carefully at the sngx financing and it's not bad really at all. It's just a simple atm. It makes sense for them because they are awaiting grants from the gov but those are not guaranteed. If they get the gov funding they don't need this financing for their phase 3 trials. This assures that their trials get done. Also, I noticed that the agreement legally prevents any type of manipulation of price. Interesting. Again, not that it matters. Monday might be a pretty good discount buy though.
