Listening to CNBC talk about apple's $130 billion share buy back did nothing for the stock. In hindsight they could of bought lots of companies to aid in expansion. The could of bought everything except google. I don't think buying stock back is the best use of the money for apple. That's why airlines were going down because fear they would all expand. That's not the case. So stock buy backs are their answer to improve share price and that's not working. AAL replacing their entire fleet over time with new fuel efficient planes is a good move. What else can they do? They are expanding with new routes mostly foreign too, not domestic. The transports may have hit bottom.
