Does anyone recall in any of the last quarter calls or statements about t-73, how do they plan on paying for the phase 3 trial if its granted? They would have to raise a very significant amount to fund that, or find a bigger company to fund the trial with compensation. I cant see how they could raise the funds for Phase 3 without eventually killing the PPS at that time. If they do go that way to fund phase 3, I highly doubt they would up-list before this done. As per the epilepsy trial, I highly doubt that anything they might accomplish during the phase 1 trial would affect the PPS in any near term. They would be 4 to 5 years away from approval at this point with that. I also highly doubt that any kind of drug they might come up with would work. Since that every drug that has been used or approved has been destroyed in effectiveness by CBD oils from Marijuana. Which to date, has been far and above in treatment and safety to anything approved or being developed. Think in the near future, that CBD oils might be the sole treatment for epilepsy once Marijuana is legalized nationally for medical treatment or for medical development for vaccines. With all that being said, I still am long with AVXL. But this is definitely a company with all there eggs in one basket. So it's either gonna be payday or nothing in the long term here. But that's 12 to 18 months down the line. The only thing that worry's me as a shareholder is the funding of phase 3 trials. I'm far from a Bio-tech person, but what I've seen with some other company's I've invested in that has gone thru or still is in phase 3 has cost them a significant amount of money. The one company that is almost in there same position with just one drug in there pipeline and that is going thru phase 3 trials is THLD that I know of. There phase 3 trials have already cost them close to 40 million and could be a total of 60 to 80 million to fund when all is said and done. Now that being said, I don't know what the average cost of Phase 3 is or might be? Or if that each phase 3 trial cost, is most depend upon on the disease they are fighting.
