Definitely! Bill would reduce A/S, as he said he would no longer do the toxic debts. This is common sense. PPS will not increase without the inflow of new money. Old investors have already invested and waiting in a deep loss, inexperienced - sold, fearing the negative of mercenaries of hedge funds. For the influx of new investors is needed a positive PR. Bill - a decent man and can not betray the people who believed in him. He proved it many times. I believe him. TPAK will be in the sky!!! very soon!!!
