The last statement I see is from June 30th --> http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/TCEL/news/Company-Statement?id=108596&b=y

If there is a new one let us know. Based on that statement (read the pdf in the link) they were given assurances we would be receiving the funding this month if I read it right. Hopefully we will get an after hours update.

If anyone can call or email them again please do so. I am not in a position to do that at the moment.
