No worries.....the rule I break most, and the one I always end up kicking myself on, is the 1st rule. Sometimes I have to walk away from the computer until about 9:55. It's hard not to jump early, but 9 times out of 10 the IV eats you alive and the trend hasn't completed its directional cues yet.
