They have no confidence in the patent or marketability. An enormous amount of money has been paid for these consulting fees etc. and the average shareholder by which that's paid has no opinion or power. I realize it may be business as usual but these guys have made a lotta money by paying themselves while very little has gone into developing a product that would keep pace with market or even be able to lay claim to patent from how I'm reading it. This may be an obvious conclusion, but, when you read it in black and white and let it sink in its eye opening.
