ge with Williams that buy out offer will come before reduce it end.Prime example of this was Elan who got a billion plus from a BP for its ALZ study which ended up a total failure and Elan had to big money cash which lead to it being bought for $18 I think .Nice to get a great price and move on as its very rough being a long who bought at $15 down to $5.So if management do a good Job like Elan they can sell this drug for big money even if it finally fails.
