Actually, SLNN and Saleen lost. The negative publicity regarding all the claims Fredvestor made are now resurfacing and being turned into full page articles which will be part of the public record forever.
The negative news will just be another drag on the share price and will make the task of finding an angel investor or white night even more impossible.
