Lol. What a ridiculous statement that is not true at all!

Fred didn't have the money to fight the suit so he folded his cards and agreed to what they wanted.

It will be finalized at the next hearing in September IMO. They need time to draw up all the paperwork on both sides, he has to go thought everywhere he ever posted and remove it OR note it for the court documents and then remove after the court date.
