That clearly is not the reason for the state of the pps. The usual and conventional objective in conducting a Phase II trial, is to generate data that will support a Phase III trial. We are in Phase III, thus all the nonsense about "botched" this and "failed" that is utter rubbish. The Phase II was just as much a success as any other biotech's Phase II that provided the foundation for advancing to Phase III. Phrased differently for emphasis, if PPHM had NOT conducted the Phase II trial, we would NOT be in Phase III today. Thus, the Phase II was a SUCCESS.

No, there are clearly other forces and agendas at play here, that are responsible for the abysmal state of the market cap of this company.
