When Institutional % is 75-90% we will move, like in 2012,
now no trust on Wall St with PPHM due to recalling the data in PHII

When you see 5-10m shares a day for a few weeks, they are getting in, so right now, nothing is going on, just cross your fingers and toes and ear hairs that PHIII data and melanoma data is very good/great or we are screwed.

Going alone this long is only risky to us Peon retail holders, there is no other risk for anyone, they will all have a job and nobody owns this stock but us retail folks and Dart/R3K funds and they are covered short and in other ways to protect themselves.

Greatest fear is they do a deal that screws us...so better hope institutions get in soon so the skin in the game is theirs and whoever here is left holding shares.
