As much as I would like to believe that such is possible, history says no way. According to http://www.wsj.com/articles/BL-MBB-36472 the biggest premium ever paid for a > $5 acquisition was 127% and in your example ($20pps), it's nearly 900%.

So if nothing even remotely close to it happened before, I can't imagine it happening now. I understand the reasoning, which is great potential, but going from the all time record of 127% to 900% simply ain't happening.
