Hard to understand your point, but if I'm understanding you correctly, yes, this is exactly my point.

They were supposed to be releasing updates to us, but they haven't. They've had an ongoing money raising campaign which we know nothing about because their lawyers told them not to say anything until the 10-k comes out and they are current.

So, by being quiet this whole time, we will get a PR that catches the public up on the past few months of operations. It could be more a grand slam PR than it was before.
