04 Days left under Steipp's employment contract

What about the 4th error, Gorgol, which was the first one of his LQMT career?

Not hiring, as his very first hire, a senior executive from M.I.M. who knew what the flock this industry was all about, but instead jumping in without any experience, granting VPC an exclusive manufacturing license without ever having vetted Visser himself, researched the history of Furniture Rowe and what experience (ZERO) they had in die casting or injection molding, rather than going after someone competent in the industry (MIM) and moldmakers competent in the industry and manufacturers who were already buying molds from these existing experienced MIM moldmakers.

When you go into a new industry (anybody see the relevance of a semi-conductor background for leading an MIM company?) and don't hire help which comes from within MIM, there is something fatally flawed in one's thinking. Hiring guys like Chermak and Bromage to develop business when there only qualifications were having worked for Steipp at Hewlett Packard and Symetricon. The one who hired Nomad Sales (remember them?) is gone, but the other guy was bumped upstairs to EXEC VP. GO FIGURE!

I remember each and every pro Steipp guy who blamed Visser for every problem that LQMT has ever had.

Today, the Group Steipp cadre is starting to second guess Steipp.

What's going on?
