Submitting Hints, Facts, etc to them could very well relate to investigations and i highly doubt that the SEC will be called as witness...
Is Steve able to prove that the SEC isn't looking into the Filings, Stock or Company?

But maybe you can answer WHY Steve isn't updating the OTC Page regularly or why the upcoming increase of the A/S and the latest O/S numbers are hidden in the latest 10K?
He PR's a Step in the Electrical Car Marketor an INCREASE in Revenue of 91% but not an increase of 500% of the A/S?

How comes that the Co doesn't answer to Questions via Email at all?
I've sent tons of emails to them myself and never received a single reply. Of course they were all Stock related with very specific questions regarding the Lenders, the Terms ets...!!
