you don't have any "facts" except for matt receiving those shares some time ago. ZERO proof he still holds them. ZERO proof (if he is still holding them) that the future sale/proceeds from that stock will ever go to bcrap. Claiming you "know for a fact" is pure horse hockey.

As of today, those 25 MILLION Shares are worth $375,000. I know for a FACT that "the surge in WOGI will go a LONG WAY to HELPING BARON!"

Baron Capital was never even hatched as a company, fatty matty never ever opened any part of it for business. It was a phony baloney pipe dream plastered on a website but never anything more than that. There still is NO BARON CAPITAL....he's not going current anytime soon ... he will most likely stay deregistered forever.
