I'm not explaining this again. LOL. Yes, KBM converted 52MM shares yesterday. Through either CDEL or NITE (KBM is using both), they sold 24,009,286 yesterday afternoon. Today they sold another 19,289,352 (not counting that 3.5MM share trade at .00035, I don't know what that was actually).
So, IMO KBM has about 8,729,140 shares left to sell on this round of conversion. I see NITE has 8MM shares on the ask and CDEL has 1MM.
Once those are gone, KBM can convert one more time for the last $10k of the note, for about 60MM shares.
Then, presumably, the dilution will end for a month or so, giving this thing a chance to recover. Let's hope anyway.
