We still have them because WMILT is still active. There are employee claims left over that need to either be settled or disallowed.

Assuming that there are no hidden assets anywhere left over (the billions theory) and that 100% of the remaining claims are disallowed, there will be money left (millions).

3 theories regarding escrow:

Billions - hidden (or semi hidden) assets that will be returned to WMILT.
Millions - a combo of either settling or disallowing remaining claims
Nothing - nothing remaining after settling all claims in full.

If you believe either the millions or nothing theory, you will be accused of being anti-escrow or not owning escrows at all and/or having a hidden agenda.

If you believe the billions theory - you are will be considered firmly in the pro-escrow camp and/or delusional.
