Thanks olddog967. Some positive from the filing maybe..."Huawei and IDCC confer on the initial payment...." sounds like they discussed (and hopefully agreed or else why mention it) on the catch up payment or atleast the initial payment to kickoff the license. I agree that it is really painful to see these companies drag out everything...for the life of me I can't believe that ITC is siding with these type of foreign companies that are unwilling to license and pay. In fact US companies are not any less guilty in this matter. I am not sure how far backwards IDCC needs to bend. There has to be justice somewhere.
